Proudly Silver Free

At Annahitah, we proudly stand behind the safety and integrity of our period pants. In light of the recent "Which" study on potentially unsafe levels of silver in period pants, we are proud to be 100% silver-free. We prioritise transparency and consumer trust, ensuring that our period pants are crafted with high-quality, non-toxic materials for peace of mind and optimal comfort. All suppliers used by Annahitah are GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified - the highest standard. Both certifications are widely recognised as the best in the textile industry. This offers assurance regarding the safety of the materials as well as environmental and social responsibility.

How to wash

After use, start by rinsing them in cold water to remove excess blood. Next, wash them on a gentle 30% cycle with other dark colours.  Remember to steer clear of fabric softeners or bleach, as they can impact the 4 layered technology and absorbency. For optimal longevity, hang dry your period pants and avoid the tumble dryer.  This not only preserves their quality but also benefits our lovely planet!

Empower yourself and save the planet. Period.

Disposal of single use menstrual products - tampons, pads and applicators generates 200,000 tonnes of waste per year.

Meanwhile, every year, the average woman uses 286 sanitary items, laden with potentially harmful toxic chemicals. Not to mention the mess and inconvenience of regularly changing a pad or a tampon.
No blood. No toxins. No sweat. No leaks.
