Please note that our sizes are more on the generous side than tight-fitting! Always opt for your smaller size if you're in the middle! We cater for sizes from XXXS which is a young average size teenager all the way to XXL. As a general rule, XXS is UK 4-6, XS is UK 6-8, S is UK 8-10, M is UK 10-12, L is UK 12-14, XL is UK 14-16 and XXL is UK 16-18.

After use, rinse them in cold water to remove excess blood, then wash them on a gentle 30% cycle. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these can affect absorbency. Hang dry for the best longevity results or tumble dry on low heat.

The life span of our pants is 18 months - 3 years, depending on your loving care towards them! We see a direct correlation with longevity and love! If you avoid hot temperatures and air dry, they will last much longer.

The number of pairs needed depends on individual flow and washing frequency. As a general guideline, having 3-5 pairs can usually cover an entire cycle, allowing time for washing and drying between uses. Our best advice is to buy at least one of our 3, 4 or 5 Bundle Buy Collections.

Clots during heavy periods are super common and we simply advise that you wipe the excess clotting away with a tissue and flush away.

Our super heavy styles like Shanti and Odessa were designed with Endo Warriors in the back of our minds! We’ve got you covered! Our styles can hold up to 8 tampons worth of blood with no leaks. Some women have tested these gradually with Pro Flo pants plus a tampon on the heaviest day and the vast majority realised they didn’t need the tampon!

We are passionate about offering our customers the choice of both. Annahitah is one of the few period pant brands to currently offer customers the choice. Some of our styles are antimicrobial with an added safe, fully tested and certified antimicrobial agent to neutralise odour and provide extra freshness. It is important to know that this DOES NOT contain any silver (please see more info in Sustainability FAQs). However, we also offer styles with NO antimicrobial for those that want to be “au natrel” as nature intended. Please note that even the non antimicrobial options still offer optimum freshness and an element of odour control due to the nature of the moisture-wicking absorbency layers.
